  • The venue operate a cashless bar so all payments will need to be made by card
  • This is not a 'sit-down dinner' event so we advise guests to eat something more substantial before they come. The Fire Station will have ice cream and snacks available to purchase on the night however.

Tickets:  There are no physical tickets issued in advance for this event. Guests will need to give their name on arrival and will then be issued their drinks vouchers and ticket, advising of their seating location in the auditorium. It is therefore vital that we have everyone's names, so if there are any late changes please email the details through to dawn@hold-events.co.uk or lesley@hold-events.co.uk.

Access requirements: We are keen to meet the needs of all our audience members who require additional support, including the welfare of any assistance dogs. The Fire Station is fully accessible in all areas, including wheelchair accessible seats and an assisted listening system in the auditorium. There will be BSL interpreters present throughout the formal proceedings too. Please ensure any access requirements are highlighted to the event managers in advance by emailing dawn@hold-events.co.uk or lesley@hold-events.co.uk.
